Front-end Developer (React)

LOADAPP COMPANY is a leading company in the IT industry committed to delivering innovative solutions. We are looking for a talented React Developer to join our dynamic team and help us build top-notch web applications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex web applications using React.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front End Developer with React (3+ years).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid understanding of component-based architecture and React hooks.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or React Context API).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data fetching strategies.
- Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, or Parcel).
- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or NestJS).
- Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client.
- Knowledge of UI libraries (Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI).
