Your Role:

Act as the key point of contact for our drivers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs to provide tailored logistics solutions
Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure on-time delivery and high customer service
Monitor and optimize dispatch processes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize downtime

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills
Ability to build successful cooperation with customers and drivers
Multi-tasking, negociation and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in logistics is a plus
Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00
